For more than 27 years we have provided advice, help and managed projects involving Architecture and its decorative detail. Our "niche" is prime residential properties in London and the English Countryside that are usually historically listed or in a conservation area.

We can bring to our private clients our knowledge and experience - not conjecture - and get a good result where others might have failed – for example obtaining a complex planning permission or listed building consent, so getting a project underway. From our working relationships we know who will make a real difference and provide good value.

We often work with some of the very best International Interior Designers and Architects and as well as our local knowledge we can provide Planning Consultancy, Contracts Administration, Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy, Engineering and Specialist technologies and Ancient Crafts too.
